1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between fbu7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who registers an account with or uses any service offered by fbu7. By creating an account, accessing any part of the fbu7 website, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

fbu7 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. • You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. fbu7 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by any person under the age of 21, and fbu7 may at any time request proof of age documentation to verify compliance with this requirement.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of using fbu7 services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using fbu7 is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold another active fbu7 account. Each individual may hold only one registered account. fbu7 will close any duplicate accounts it discovers and may void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false or misleading registration information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact number — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must not be an employee, agent, affiliate, director, or immediate family member of any employee or agent of fbu7. Persons who fall within this category are not permitted to hold a player account or participate in fbu7 games or promotions.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fbu7 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and your password. fbu7 will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized activity resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access or use your fbu7 account. All activity conducted through your fbu7 account — including any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been conducted by you, regardless of whether the activity was actually carried out by you personally.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your fbu7 account that you do not use for any other online service or application.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. fbu7 does not accept deposits from payment instruments that are not registered in your name, and depositing funds using third-party accounts or payment instruments belonging to another person is strictly prohibited.

fbu7 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of deposited funds. This may include screenshots or transaction confirmations from your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by fbu7 may result in the suspension of deposit and withdrawal functionality on your account pending resolution.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your fbu7 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed the KYC identity verification process before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever operationally possible. fbu7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment instruments held in another person's name.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to standard processing times which may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being processed at the time. fbu7 aims to process all approved withdrawals within two business days.
• Any bonus funds held in your account that are subject to wagering requirements must be fully rolled over in accordance with the applicable bonus terms before the corresponding funds can be withdrawn.

fbu7 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. These checks are conducted as part of fbu7's commitment to preventing fraud and ensuring the security of all player funds held on the platform.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fbu7 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, any pending withdrawals withheld, and any winnings voided:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's name or identity.
• Using any form of software, algorithm, artificial intelligence, or mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage over fbu7 or over other players.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of funds derived from criminal activity on the fbu7 platform.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction made to your fbu7 account via your payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fbu7 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Game Rules and Betting

Each game available on the fbu7 platform is governed by individual game rules which are displayed within the game interface or accessible via the game provider's published rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the outcome displayed on your device and the outcome recorded on fbu7's server, the server record shall be deemed authoritative and final. fbu7 accepts no liability for connectivity issues, device failures, or browser crashes that interrupt a game session.

fbu7 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or display error that resulted in incorrect odds, payouts, or game conditions being presented to the player. Where a bet is voided under this provision, the stake will be returned to the player's fbu7 account balance. fbu7 is not liable for any loss of profits a player may claim to have suffered as a result of a voided bet.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fbu7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the fbu7 platform.

• fbu7 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, or connectivity issues beyond fbu7's reasonable control may affect platform availability.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits fbu7's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
• fbu7's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their fbu7 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your fbu7 account at any time by contacting the fbu7 customer support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance held in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification checks.

fbu7 may suspend or permanently close a player's account without prior notice if fbu7 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or prohibited conduct, or if account closure is required for regulatory, legal, or security reasons. The support team will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and within a reasonable time.
